1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing use of the e2bed platform and its services. These Terms are effective between e2bed ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user", "player").

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

e2bed is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent service for players in Bangladesh. Our platform is protected by SSL encryption and advanced security technology.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Creating a valid personal account is mandatory to use services at e2bed. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Providing Information

• Provide your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• A valid and active mobile number or email address is required.
• Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

2.2 Account Security

• Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

e2bed may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawals or account activity being temporarily suspended.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use services at e2bed, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a mentally competent adult.
• You must be aware of your correct age, and creating an account with a false age is prohibited.
• e2bed may request a national identity card or equivalent document for age verification at any time.

If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

e2bed ensures secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services and bank transfers.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before the first withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

e2bed offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific conditions that should be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within the specified validity period.
• Bonuses obtained using multiple accounts or false information will be forfeited.
• In cases of bonus abuse, e2bed reserves the right to close the account.
• e2bed reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

e2bed has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity at e2bed is conducted in accordance with fair and transparent policies. Ensuring Fair Play is our primary commitment.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are considered final once confirmed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match or event is incomplete, the outcome will be determined in accordance with e2bed policy.
• Suspicious activity detected in sports betting may result in the bet being voided or reviewed.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• No manual intervention is made in game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at e2bed, and if proven, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collusion or coordination with other players when betting.
• Allowing another person to use or selling your account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

e2bed may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Temporary Suspension

• When identity verification is required.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• When the user requests a temporary break.

8.2 Permanent Closure

• When prohibited activities listed in Section 7 are proven.
• When an account is created or operated using false information.
• When the user requests permanent account closure.
• When a self-exclusion decision is made under the responsible gaming policy.

If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure and no restrictions apply, that amount will be returned to the user.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

e2bed gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. Your data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

e2bed reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in a timely manner before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, users will be informed via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you have the option to close your account.
